>Solvent-free epoxy floor mid-coat
Product:
Ratio: Component/Component B/(weight ratio)
Capacity: Component, Component B
A two-component room-temperature curing solvent-free epoxy mid-coat is prepared by adding an appropriate amount of pigments and fillers to a solvent-free epoxy primer resin as the base, and is applied to the coating of cement substrates. After curing, it forms a strong and hard coating with good adhesion to the primer and topcoat, and enhances the overall wear resistance, heavy pressure and impact resistance of the concrete floor. This coating is resistant to many chemicals, oils and water, and protects the concrete surface from the growth of algae and fungi. It is a multi-purpose intermediate coating material.
Application characteristics
Environmentally friendly % solid solvent-free composition
High filler content and economical
Resistant to chemicals, oil and water
Strong, tough and high hardness
Provides wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance and impact resistance between primer and topcoat
Can be used in new and old mixes to provide good adhesion
Improve the overall concrete surface of concrete floors
Application Method
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. If necessary, clean the construction surface with sufficient water and wash with % dilute hydrochloric acid solution. Then wash with plenty of water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our b repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before polishing and leveling it. Use a brush or roller to apply the paint to the treated surface. When the surface of the coating film is dry to the touch, accurately mix Part B and A to obtain a uniform concentration of liquid, and scrape the first coat on the primer. , allow the coating to solidify for an hour, then scrape-coat the second coating on the first coating, preferably in a direction perpendicular to the first coating, and so on until the required coating thickness is reached. During the curing process of the system, pay attention to prevent the impact from mechanical vibration, water splash, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
