>Solvent-free epoxy floor primer
Product:
Ratio: Component/Component B/(weight ratio)
Capacity: Component, Component B
A two-component room-temperature curing solvent-free modified epoxy primer was developed as a coating application on concrete surfaces before the use of epoxy mid-coat and polyurethane topcoat. It penetrates into the capillaries of concrete as a sealing coating and seals its surface. This can enhance the adhesion between layers, reduce the absorption of subsequent epoxy mid-coat and polyurethane top-coating materials, improve the shielding condition, and strengthen the protective effect. .
Application characteristics:
Can penetrate into the capillary tubes of concrete and act as a sealant
Can be applied to old and new concrete surfaces
Can improve the strength, wear resistance and chemical resistance of the concrete surface
br/> Excellent adhesion to solvent-free epoxy mid-coat or topcoat/polyurethane topcoat and concrete substrate
Environmentally friendly solvent-free formula
Can also be applied to metal surface coatings Installation
Application method:
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. If necessary, clean the construction surface with sufficient water. Use % dilute hydrochloric acid solution and then rinse with sufficient water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our b repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before polishing and leveling it. Precisely mix Component B and B to obtain a uniform concentration liquid. Use a brush or roller to apply it on the treated surface. After the surface of the coating film is dry to the touch, you can directly apply the epoxy mid-coat or ring. Oxygen/polyurethane topcoat for best results.
