>High solid epoxy floor topcoat
Product:
Ratio: Component/Component B/(weight ratio)
Capacity: Component, Component B
A two-component room temperature curing high solids epoxy topcoat is used for coating indoor cement substrates. It cures to a strong, hard and lustrous coating, resulting in a seamless, smooth, shiny surface that is easy to clean. This coating is resistant to many mild chemicals, oils and water, provides good wear and impact resistance and is easy to maintain. It is commonly used as a thin coat topcoat for lightly loaded floors and is suitable for a wide range of general colours.
Application Characteristics
Environmentally friendly and low composition with higher than % solid content
Resistant to wear and scratches, easy to maintain
Resistant to mild chemicals, oil and water
Build a A seamless, smooth and easy-to-clean surface
Forms a dust-proof and shiny coating surface
Ability to provide low-cost formulas in universal colors
Good anti-fouling properties
Application methods< br/> When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. If necessary, clean the construction surface with sufficient water and wash with % dilute hydrochloric acid solution before use. Wash with plenty of water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our b repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before polishing and leveling it. Use a brush or roller to apply the paint to the treated surface. When the surface of the coating film is dry to the touch, accurately mix Part B and A to obtain a uniform concentration of liquid, and scrape the first coat on the primer. , allow the coating to solidify for an hour, then scrape-coat the second coating on the first coating, preferably in a direction perpendicular to the first coating, and so on until the required coating thickness is reached. After the surface of the intermediate coating is completely dry, grind and level it, and accurately mix the A and B components to obtain a uniform concentration liquid. Use a brush or roller to apply the first coat to the intermediate layer, and allow the coating to solidify for an hour. A second coat is applied over the first coat, preferably perpendicular to the first coat. During the curing process of the system, pay attention to prevent the impact from mechanical vibration, water splash, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
